Ownership is unclear during setup.
A working interpretation from the selected sample sources. Review the original context before deciding what to do next.
What supports this
2 source excerpts describe a related experience. Select a reference to inspect its original wording.
This small, synthetic collection does not establish how common the problem is.
Question to investigate
Which point in the handoff creates the uncertainty?
Proposed next step
Review the setup journey with Product and Customer Success. Identify where a named owner would help.
A person reviews the interpretation and agrees the next action.
Trial timing is not clear before the final week.
A working interpretation from the selected sample sources. Review the original context before deciding what to do next.

This small, synthetic collection does not establish how common the problem is.
Question to investigate
Where do people expect to see the trial end date?
Proposed next step
Inspect the trial messages and ask evaluators where they look for timing information.
A person reviews the interpretation and agrees the next action.
The approval path for an integration is unclear.

Question to investigate
Is the gap in product guidance or the team’s internal process?
Proposed next step
Map the approval steps with an administrator before proposing a product change.
A person reviews the interpretation and agrees the next action.
The first view does not match what new users expect.

Question to investigate
What information do people need to orient themselves first?

Showing 6 capabilities
Understand
AI Theme Detection
Bring related observations together without losing what each person actually said. Suggested themes give your team a starting point for review.
02Understand
Evidence Trails
Move from an insight to the feedback behind it. Source IDs, excerpts, and context make the reasoning inspectable at every step.
03Understand
Trend Explorer
Compare theme activity across a consistent window. Separate a new pattern from a busy week before deciding what needs attention.
04Prioritize
Priority Signals
Bring evidence, relevance, and team-estimated effort into the same conversation. A transparent assessment supports the decision; it does not make it for you.
05Share
Insight Briefs
Turn a reviewed theme into a concise brief. Keep the observation, evidence, caveats, and proposed next step together.
06Capture
Unified Feedback Inbox
Organize feedback from different channels in a consistent source structure. Preserve the original context while making the collection easier to review.
Explainability is the foundation
A summary is useful.
A source makes it inspectable.
Move between the interpretation and the original words. Review what supports a finding, what contradicts it, and what still needs an answer.

Does the confusion come from the product flow, the team handoff, or both?

Questions, answered
A few useful answers.
Clear expectations make a better evaluation.
Does the concept AI make decisions for a team?
No. The proposed workflow suggests candidate themes and draft interpretations. A person reviews the evidence, adjusts the wording, and decides what to do next. This prototype does not process real feedback.
Can an insight be traced back to its source?
The design keeps a visible path from each insight to its source IDs and excerpts. Sample panels demonstrate that relationship with synthetic content; they are not connected to a live source system.
Are the integrations shown here available to connect?
No. The integration names are examples of possible source tools in a future product. This portfolio prototype has no live connectors, import service, or customer workspace.
